Dwarf spurflower

Plectranthus strigosus

Dwerg spoorsalie (Afr.)

Plectranthus strigosus or dwarf spurflower is a semi-succulent, low-growing perennial herb that is a mat-forming groundcover, well-suited to very shady areas. In the shade, the leaves are typically fresh green, broadly ovate, and are either pointed or rounded at the tip. In the sun the leaves stay small, become maroon and slightly more succulent.
