A great addition to any garden and easy to grow, this unknown member of the salvia family, once established, will enhance the garden with its masses of pretty pink flowers. Prune well after flowering and during summer to shape.
No harvesting needed.
Root the 50 mm tip cuttings, taken in Spring, in sand under mist conditions with bottom heat. A good rooting hormone should be used.
Sowing time best during winter/spring. Sow the seed in seed trays filled with a well-drained commercial seedling mix and keep them in a lightly shaded spot where they will not dry out. Not easy.
