Considered a weed in 61 countries, this quick growing herbous plant are often left until the dark berries ripen. It is one of the medicines mentioned by Pliny and originate in Ancient England. Carl Lineus disribed 6 species - some of them deadly. The leaves and green fruit are poisonous, while the black berries are edible. The strains flowering white usually used, while the purple flowering strains are deadly!
