Mediterranean spurge

A handsome fast growing evergreen sub-shrub with fun shaped blue-green evergreen foliage and dramatic yellow flowers in spring. The Edwardian garden designer Gertrude Jekyll described this sun-loving, evergreen shrub as 'one of the grandest of plants'.
