This dual purpose onion can be planted either in late August for pulling in May or in spring/early summer for summer/autumn crops. It resists bulbing up so it can be pulled for a longer period and shows exceptional resistance to fungal disease

Harvesting can usually start 6-8 weeks after sowing.
Sow seeds from late winter to late summer at 3 weekly intervals. For an early spring crop sow seeds in late summer and overwinter. Sow thinly 6mm (¼in) deep in drills 15cm (6in) apart.
