Ice plant

Mesembryanthemum guerichianum

1/3

The ice plant is not called an ice plant because it is cold hardy nature, but rather because the flowers and leaves seem to shimmer as though covered in frost or ice crystals. One of the edible plants found along coastal dunes and inland in dry areas.
