This is a fast-growing, mat-forming perennial with creeping, rooting stems cascading down over the edge of a pot. Peace in the home is a very fragile plant intolerant of foot traffic. It does very well in containers or terrariums as a houseplant, under ferns in the garden or even on the edge of a shady garden.
