Spiked speedwell

Veronica spicata is a low growing herbaceous perennial that forms soft deep green mounds that produce elegant blue spikes of flowers with cultivars that include purples, pinks, and white flowers. Can be used as a ground cover in a mixed or herbaceous border and also does well in containers.
